Eight weeks, week by week.
This is the whole syllabus, in the open. Each week is two live working sessions with me and one piece of work you finish before the next one. Nothing here is theory that I have not run myself in a company.
- WEEK 01
Choose the thing
Pick a market and an idea you can defend, not the one that sounded good in the shower.
What we cover- ·How to find a problem with money attached to it
- ·Sizing a market from the bottom up in an afternoon
- ·Scoring your ideas against skill, access and urgency
- ·Killing an idea early, and why it saves you a year
- ·Where AI creates a genuinely new business, and where it is a feature
You leave the week withOne chosen idea, written as a single sentence, with the market maths behind it. - WEEK 02
Prove someone wants it
Validate demand before you build anything, using conversations and a landing page.
What we cover- ·Writing to twenty strangers and getting replies
- ·Customer interviews that surface truth instead of politeness
- ·A landing page that tests willingness to pay, not curiosity
- ·Fake door tests, waitlists and pre-orders
- ·Reading the signal: what counts as validation and what does not
You leave the week withA live landing page, twenty conversations logged, and a go or no-go call. - WEEK 03
Build it with AI
Ship a working first version in a week, whether or not you can code.
What we cover- ·The AI-first stack and what each tool is actually for
- ·Scoping a version one you can finish, and cutting everything else
- ·Prompting and briefing so the output is usable

You leave the week withA working product on a real URL that someone outside your family can use. - WEEK 04
Price it and get paid
Charge properly from day one instead of discovering revenue later.
What we cover- ·Pricing from value, not from cost or from competitors
- ·Packaging, tiers and the psychology of the middle option
- ·Willingness to pay research you can run in two days
- ·Taking money: checkout, invoicing, subscriptions

First customers without a media budget
Get the first ten to a hundred customers through channels you own.

You leave the week withReal customers, and a written acquisition plan you can run every week. - WEEK 06
The growth loop
