Zero to entrepreneur in eight weeks. Live, with me.

An eight week live cohort where you build and launch an AI-first business with me.

You finish with a real product live on the internet, real customers who have paid or committed, and the numbers to decide whether to go full time.

Starts
12 October 2026
Price
$2,400
Seats left
8 of 12
Commitment
8 weeks · 8 to 10 hrs / week

Who this is for

  • ·You have a job and want to build something of your own without quitting first
  • ·You are weighing an MBA against actually starting the thing
  • ·You were laid off and want the next chapter to be yours
  • ·You are technical and can build, but have never sold anything
  • ·You are not technical and want to build with AI instead of waiting for a cofounder

Who it is not for

  • ·People who want a certificate rather than a company
  • ·Anyone who cannot give the course eight to ten hours a week
  • ·Businesses in mobility, home services, psychology or real estate, where I have a direct conflict of interest
Live on video with me and a group of twelve. Every session is a working session, not a lecture. Everything is recorded for the people in the room.
The eight weeks

Every week ends with something real.

WEEK 01

Choose the thing

Pick a market and an idea you can defend, not the one that sounded good in the shower.

You leave with
One chosen idea, written as a single sentence, with the market maths behind it.
WEEK 02

Prove someone wants it

Validate demand before you build anything, using conversations and a landing page.

You leave with
A live landing page, twenty conversations logged, and a go or no-go call.
WEEK 03

Build it with AI

Ship a working first version in a week, whether or not you can code.

You leave with
A working product on a real URL that someone outside your family can use.
WEEK 04

Price it and get paid

Charge properly from day one instead of discovering revenue later.

You leave with
A live price, a working payment flow, and a one page unit economics model.
WEEK 05

First customers without a media budget

Get the first ten to a hundred customers through channels you own.

You leave with
Real customers, and a written acquisition plan you can run every week.
WEEK 06

The growth loop

Instrument the funnel, find the leak, and build the habit of fixing it weekly.

You leave with
A live dashboard and your first three experiments running.
WEEK 07

Money and people

Decide how the company gets funded and who joins you, with the numbers to back it.

You leave with
Either a funding plan with a target list, or a bootstrap plan with a runway model.
WEEK 08

Demo and decide

Present what you built, get a straight read, and leave with a twelve month plan.

You leave with
A twelve month plan and a clear-eyed decision about going full time.
What is included

Twelve people. One of me.

Two live sessions a week, plus roughly eight hours of your own build time.

  • ·Sixteen live working sessions with me, recorded
  • ·A one to one strategy call in week one and week eight
  • ·The full playbook library and every template I use with paying clients
  • ·A private group with your cohort that stays open after the course ends
  • ·Written feedback on your landing page, pricing and pitch
  • ·Demo day with a written read on whether your idea is worth continuing
Who is teaching

I have built three companies, not slides about them.

I co-built invygo, one of MENA's largest mobility platforms, to $100M+ ARR and around $400M in cumulative revenue, and raised $70M+ across equity and venture debt. I built Helpify to profitability in six months and I am building Aumra Nova, an AI-first proptech company, now.

I also hold two master's degrees from IE Business School, which is exactly why I can tell you what a classroom gives you and what it does not.

Questions
Do I need to know how to code?

No. Half the course is building with AI tools that write the code for you. If you can write a clear brief, you can ship a product now. Technical people get a different advantage: we spend your time on distribution instead of the build.

Do I need an idea before I start?

No. Week one is idea and market selection, and plenty of people arrive with nothing or with three ideas they cannot choose between. What you do need is a few hours a week and a willingness to talk to strangers.

How is this different from a business degree?

I have two master's degrees from IE Business School, so I can compare them honestly. A degree costs six figures and two years and gives you frameworks. This costs a fraction of that, takes eight weeks and gives you a live company. If you want the network and the credential, do the degree. If you want the company, do this.

What if I cannot make a session?

Every session is recorded and posted the same day, and questions can be asked async in the group. Miss more than three and you will fall behind, so be honest with yourself about the calendar before applying.

Why is it an application and not a checkout button?

Twelve seats and one of me. I read every application myself and only take people the course will actually work for. If it is not a fit I will say so and point you somewhere better.

What happens after the eight weeks?

Some people keep building alone with the system in place. Some carry on with me on a fractional basis. Some decide the idea is not worth it, which is a good outcome reached cheaply.

The next cohort is 12 October 2026.

Applications are read by me. If it is not a fit, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.
